概要：

外資系企業で2年以上の業務経験があるバイリンガル･データセンター･エンジニアを募集しています。大阪にある外資系金融企業のデータセンター内での勤務となります。

このポジションへの候補者としては、データセンター関連作業に関するテクニカル･スキルの他に、ローテーションのシフト･ワーク(夜勤シフトあり)が可能な方や、国内のOEMベンダーとの業務経験がある方が希望です。

業務内容：

• オンサイトでの導入管理 – ストレージのスペース確保や物理的な導入。
• ポリシーや手順書の監査。
• 停電時の対応と業務補助。
• パッチング、電源やデータ用のケーブリング作業の監視。
• ハードウェアのトラブルシューティング。
• ベンダー管理 – 見積書、発注書や作業評価。
• プロジェクトの問題点を記録し定期的に報告。
• 作業環境はデータセンター内やマシーン･ルームを含む。
• 月交代制シフトの勤務。

We are looking for bilingual DC engineers with at least 2-years experience working in the gaishikei market. This particular role is working onsite with a US multinational banking and finance client in the Osaka area – at their DC location.

In addition to technical skills related to DC operation, the ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work as part of a team in rotating shifts (to include night shifts), and is familiar with communicating with domestic OEM vendors.

Job Details

• Managing on site installations – to include storage space assignments and physical installations
• Policy and procedure evaluations
• Participation in power down exercises
• Overseeing cabling activities for data, power and patching
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Vendor management - quote, order and performance review
• Record and report routine and project issues
• Work environment includes DC and also machine rooms
• Staff work on a monthly rotating shift

Requirements

• 2+ years of working in DC and/or sensitive IT environments.
• Hardware knowledge - HP, Sun, EMC, IBM, Mainframes
• Good clear and effective communicator
• Self-motivated and shows ambition – goal setter
• Experience managing small projects to include multiple team escalation and delegation
