Job Description
6 month renewable contract with possibility of permanent hire.
Responsible to service a varied customer base. Perform installation, MAC, and maintenance on various Nortel Option 11/61/81, Nortel BCM, ShoreTel, Avaya and AVST product lines including VoIP applications. This includes peripheral equipment, both analog and digital and the ability to perform moves/adds/changes and upgrades to installed systems, as well as advanced applications. Must be able to demonstrate the highest level of competency on a diverse line of products, programs and applications. Must have solid problem solving and organizational skills.
Work on projects individually or team effort; complete documentation as required; may be assigned on-call duty, after hours assignments, or travel within the branch/region.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware on complex equipment and complex applications using various test equipment, including PCs. Ability to handle installations from initial stages through completion. Self-managed, accountable and motivated with excellent customer service interfacing skills and strong communication skills.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Experience with Avaya or Nortlel Product lines.
Familiarity with VoIP applications.
Skills/Experience Required:
High school diploma
Electronics/data training preferred. Six (6+) years experience in installation and servicing of Key systems, PBX, advanced data and advanced applications
