ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Senior Sales Executive focusing on life sciences including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and other service companies.
- Sales plan creation, lead generation and management as well as meeting annual target numbers assigned
- Go to market strategy creation & owning sales account plan for key target accounts and work with existing relationship management team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or native-level Japanese)
- Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working experience for either large Japanese IT firms or global IT firms in Japan
- Prior experience of selling IT products and IT services for corporate clients in Japan
- Well understand Japanese pharmaceutical distribution channels and other specific market requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry will be preferred but not mandatory
- At least 5-7 years of experience in end to end sales cycle for solution services & having track record of minimum 3-5 M USD/year.
- Candidate will have annual revenue and profitability targets in specific life science industry segment
- Marketing and brand building experience will be additional advantage
- Team player to collaborate with other Sales Team Members, delivery and business partners
