プロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトリーダーとして、顧客・エンドユーザー（日本人）とのインターフェースを定期的に行う。プロジェクトマネジメントはスケジュール、品質、要件定義、デザイン、開発、テスティング等に関連した仕事になります。
必要なスキル:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager / Project Leader to be based in Kobe at one of the Pharmaceutical companies. The minimum term for this project is 2 years. Our client is already working on a number of projects with this Pharmaceutical company in Kobe and has a good reputation for successful deliveries of software development projects. These projects are mostly based on an offshore-onsite model.
As a Project Manager / Project Leader, your job will be to interface with the customer and end-users (Japanese people) on a regular basis. Project management will be related to Schedule, Quality, Requirements, Design, Development and Testing.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Project Management: No specific Technical skills are required but you should know IT Technology and Software processes to be able to understand and communicate with the customer and end-users.
- This is a client-facing job and hence you should be able to understand and contribute to client business goals
- You will be responsible for customer satisfaction
- You will have the ability to understand technical aspects of the project and communicate with client effectively
- You will also have the ability to micro manage projects if required
- Soft skills required are: good interpersonal communication, experience in working in global environment, confident and able to inspire confidence in customer and end-users in regard to project management.
